Simon Goerger

Simon Goerger is a Senior Solutions Architect at Trideum Corporation since January 2023, leading project teams to develop innovative solutions and product roadmaps. With extensive experience in analytical support for national security efforts as a Fellow and past President of MORS, Simon has held various leadership roles on the MORS Board of Directors. Previous positions include Director at the Institute for Systems Engineering Research and Senior Operations Research Analyst at the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center, where Simon utilized data science and operations research techniques to address complex challenges. Simon's military background includes serving as Colonel in the U.S. Army, where responsibilities spanned readiness analysis to leading the implementation of the Defense Readiness Reporting System. Academic qualifications include a PhD from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Master’s from the National War College, among other degrees.
