Scott Magee is an accomplished litigator and corporate counselor with extensive experience representing clients in both state and federal courts. Currently a member at Morse since October 2019, Scott has successfully managed multiple jury trials, bench trials, and complex arbitrations. Prior to this role, Scott served as Senior Counsel at Locke Lord LLP, specializing in commercial litigation and strategic advising related to mergers and acquisitions and other business disputes. At EAPD Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge LLP, Scott honed skills as a litigation associate with a focus on construction, securities, antitrust, and financial services litigation. Early in their career, Scott worked as an Associate Scientist at Suntory Pharmaceutical Research Labs, where Scott designed cardiovascular therapeutics. Scott holds a JD from Boston College Law School, an MA in Organic Chemistry from Boston University, and a BS in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
