Steve Schultz

Steve Schultz is a seasoned professional in technical pre-sales and customer solutions with extensive experience in the telecommunications and networking industries. Currently serving as the Director of Technical Pre-Sales at Morse Micro since March 2025, Steve previously held roles at Airties, where responsibilities included demonstrating SaaS value and managing post-sales customer data. Prior to that, as Principal Customer Solutions Engineer at Plume Design, Inc., Steve contributed to the pre-sales process for major CSP providers and managed technical accounts. Steve also directed pre-sales engineering at Quantenna Communications, where the sales team was established, and played a pivotal role in the company's early successes. Earlier positions include key engineering roles at Ikanos Communications, Infineon Technologies, and various semiconductor sales representatives. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with a concentration in Communications from Santa Clara University.
