Don Zdan has extensive work experience in the field of telecommunications and operations management. Don started their career in the US Army as a Non-Commissioned Officer in 2000 and served until 2001. After that, they worked at the White House Communications Agency as an Operations Manager from 2001 to 2003 and then as a Telecommunications Engineer from 2003 to 2005. In 2005, they joined Dugdale Communications as a Telecommunications Technician. In 2007, they joined MORSECOM, where they served as a Senior System Architect. Later, they took on roles as a Senior Operations Manager and eventually became the Director of Operations. Throughout their career, Don has gained diverse experience in system architecture, operations management, and telecommunications.
