Lars Ericson is currently the ARPA Strategic Lead and IC Lead at MORSE Corp, where they develop advanced technology solutions for the U.S. National Security Community. Previously, Lars served as a Program Manager at the Intelligence Advanced Research Project Activity (IARPA) from 2018 to 2024, leading multi-million-dollar biometrics and identity intelligence R&D efforts. Their extensive background includes over 20 years in research and development in biometrics, computer vision, and nanotechnology, alongside roles as Director of Advanced Technologies at ManTech International Corporation and Principal Scientist at SAIC. Lars holds a Ph.D. in Applied Physics from Rice University and has managed R&D programs with budgets exceeding $250 million.
