Peter Hammel currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Partner at MORSE Corp since September 2025. Prior to this role, Peter led a team at Motion Recruitment focusing on staffing solutions within machine learning, data science, and software engineering from November 2019 to August 2025. Peter also held positions as a team lead and technical recruiter at Workbridge Associates from June 2018 to October 2020, and gained early experience as an editorial intern at Baeble Music and a concert production intern at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Writing & Rhetoric and Music from Hobart and William Smith Colleges (2014-2018) and participated in a study abroad program in Journalism at Edinburgh Napier University in spring 2017.
