Tom McWilliams

Tom McWilliams is an experienced cognitive scientist specializing in human factors engineering and applied research. They obtained a PhD in Psychology from Tufts University, where they also held positions as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant, focusing on attention, multitasking, and human factors. Currently, Tom serves as a Human Factors Engineer at MORSE Corp, conducting evaluations of human-AI teams and developing custom research software. Their prior roles include Technical Associate at MIT Agelab, where they led experimental design and collaborated with industry partners, and Technology Support Assistant at the Elliot School of International Affairs.
