Part of the P&R Morson Group of companies, Morson FM builds on the group’s heritage of mechanical electrical services contracting to offer a specialist facilities maintenance for a company’s building services assets, including planned and preventative maintenance and servicing, regulatory compliance, mandatory testing and reactive or ad hoc maintenance and repair.

Morson FM offers a fully integrated outsourced service that removes the management burden of building services maintenance so that our clients can focus on their core business. We can plan your facilities maintenance for you to ensure asset optimisation, mitigation of down time risk and full compliance at all times.

In parallel with planned maintenance schedules, we also provide a fast and efficient call out service for maintenance and repairs with a guaranteed maximum call out time of four hours, or clients can come to us for ad hoc servicing, maintenance or repair requirements.

Working across the manufacturing, logistics, and education sectors, our services draw on a 20-year track record of excellent customer service and reliable expertise. We’re committed to complete accountability, with a secure online portal and app where clients can access real time information on the status of their maintenance schedule, track progress on a job or order a repair, regardless of their location or the time of day.

We’re also flexible, tailoring our services to meet the needs of individual clients - so if you prefer to simply pick up the phone and talk us though your requirements, we’re always happy to help.
