Sam Pike

Sam Pike is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in the aerospace industry. Currently serving as Assistant Chief Design Engineer and Design Lead at Morson Projects since June 2019, Sam oversees the new Bristol design office supporting Leonardo helicopters. Prior roles include Design Consultant at S J Design Consultancy Ltd, Safran, GKN Aerospace, Zodiac Aerospace, and Sitec, where Sam developed innovative design solutions across various aircraft types. Notable contributions involve integrating furniture design for the A350, advancing composite technology for both aerospace and automotive applications, and creating efficient repair solutions for new aircraft. Sam's career began at Airbus, where initial training as an apprentice led to involvement in research and testing for a wide range of aircraft projects.
