Simon Denby

Simon Denby is a highly experienced Senior Mechanical Designer currently with Morson Projects since January 2022. With a diverse background in education and training, Simon previously served as a Tutor/IQA at Rochdale Training Association Ltd and as a Freelance BIT/Lean Trainer/Assessor. Simon's extensive teaching experience at Tameside College includes roles as Lean Coordinator and NVQ Assessor, where innovative apprenticeships were developed. Additional technical experience includes positions as an Engineering Technician and Lecturer at Tameside College, as well as roles as Aircraft Trim Engineer at Fokker Technologies and Airframe Fitter at BAE Systems. Simon's educational qualifications encompass Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, NVQ 3 in Business Improvement Techniques, and several other certifications in engineering and education.
