Mohammad Shana'a is the CEO & Co-Founder of Morta, a company focused on addressing issues in information exchange within construction projects. Prior to Morta, Shana'a gained experience as an EF11 Cohort Member at Entrepreneur First, an Associate to the Chief Information Officer at Consolidated Contractors International Company, a Student Consultant at Mace, and an Automation Engineer at Consolidated Contractors International Company. Shana'a holds a Master's Degree in Engineering for Sustainable Development from the University of Cambridge, a Diploma in Management from the University of London, and a BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering from the University of Warwick. Additionally, Shana'a completed the Oxford Blockchain Strategy Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
