Mortar Group believes in experience and smarter real estate investing.

Our Mission: Revolutionizing private real estate investing with a personalized, boutique approach tailored to meet the unique goals of every investor. Whether you're focused on growing your savings, building your retirement fund, generating passive income, or leveraging powerful tax deferral and deduction strategies to optimize returns, we’re here to provide the customized support and expertise that larger firms simply can’t match.

With over $300 million in assets completed or under management, and a growing investor network of nearly 500 active investors, Mortar Group focuses on multi-family real estate in prime New York Neighborhoods. Since 2000, our team has worked together on over 35 real estate projects and built 1,200 apartments in New York.

Our fully integrated in-house design, development, and asset management expertise has resulted in dozens of successful privately syndicated deals. This, combined with skin-in-the-game co-investments and in-depth local neighborhood knowledge, helps us mitigate risk and maximize investor returns. Focused opportunities combined with an intimate knowledge of prime niche neighborhoods allows investors to diversify and deploy capital conservatively in projects and divest risk throughout the real estate lifecycle.

Mortar Group’s streamlined process maximizes efficiency, increases value, and minimizes risk across complex deal-structures. Our comprehensive resources also allows us to outmaneuver other real-estate investment firms and have led to over two decades of positive investor returns.

We’re proud to have a team with the skill sets of developers, architects, deal originators, construction managers and private investors.
