As 65% of a customer's score has nothing to do with negative accounts, we optimize this area of score by teaching our customers the rules that determine credit.  It is called their Personalized Optimization Plan, and it is a step-by-step list of what they can do to help their score, as we work on the negative items. 

Now the remaining 35% of score is determined by negative accounts, and very often simply paying the account off won't help on the short term. We create investigations on behalf of our customers, to challenge the accuracy and the validity of the customer's negative files.
