Ryan Mitchell

Ryan is a trainee solicitor in the Litigation Division.

Ryan graduated from the University of Strathclyde in 2019 and completed his Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Glasgow in 2020.

Ryan spent his first year working in the Real Estate and Infrastructure division - spending six months in Glasgow with the pensions teams and six months in Edinburgh focusing on the public sector clients. In September 2022, Ryan joined the litigation division, focusing on commercial litigation and debt recovery.

Prior to commencing his traineeship in August 2021, Ryan worked as an Executive Assistant in the Real Estate and Infrastructure Team in the Glasgow office. He greatly benefited from this experience and gained a broad overview of the issues within the sector.

As a first-generation university graduate, Ryan is passionate about creating a more inclusive and accessible legal sector. Ryan has been working on various projects within the firm including the PRIME work experience programme.
