Nancy Kim

Nancy Kim has a diverse work experience, having worked in a variety of roles since 2013. In 2021, they began working as a Software Engineer at Morty. From 2018-2021, they were a Frontend Engineer at AppOnboard, Inc., where they developed frontend UI/UX features of an Electron-based native app and led frontend efforts in building web features for a no-code development based game engine. From 2016-2018, they were the Founder of Two Two The Label, LLC. From 2015-2016, they were a Digital Marketing Manager at The Gray Pencil, where they were responsible for brand development, web site traffic growth, and user acquisition. In 2015, they were a Mobile Development Student at General Assembly, where they completed a 12-week part-time mobile development course on iOS development, learning the fundamentals of OOP and Swift. Nancy also worked as a Social Media Manager at Zuma Ventures from 2015-2016, where they were responsible for managing all social media platforms through community management and headed marketing initiatives for content management and marketing. Finally, from 2013-2015, they were a Media Coordinator at Science Growth Labs, LLC, where they strategized and curated copy and content for various owned and operated influencer network verticals on social channels, specializing in Facebook.

Nancy Kim obtained a Bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies from UC Santa Barbara between 2009 and 2013. In 2015, they attended General Assembly to pursue a certification in Mobile App Development, which they obtained in September of that year.
