Sam Gray has been working in the design industry since 2008. Sam began their career as a Designer at Ogilvy & Mather, then worked as a Product & Identity Designer while self-employed from 2009 to 2010. From 2010 to 2014, they worked as a Senior Designer at Objective Subject, where they were responsible for UX and visual design of digital products and brand identities for clients. In 2017, they were promoted to Director of User Experience at Blenderbox, Inc., where they led a team of product designers and strategists across 15 concurrent projects and made key contributions to new business that led to $10+ million in sales. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as Lead Product Designer at Tawkify, and is currently Principal Product Designer at Morty. Sam has also held an Adjunct Faculty position at the School of Visual Arts since 2017.

Sam Gray attended the Rhode Island School of Design from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design.
