The crossroads of real estate and real estate related operating companies.

MORVAY is a New York based investment & development company targeting opportunities to capitalize on real estate and real estate related operating platforms.

MORVAY invests in real estate and real estate related operating companies thematically, with a focus on overlooked opportunities and special situations. With a value-oriented approach, MORVAY seeks highly scalable value-add opportunities with an asymmetric risk-reward paradigm whereby the real estate and related operating platforms create significant value for one another, thus providing a margin of safety on investment.

MORVAY seeks to utilize its expertise in real estate, capital structuring, and scale to partner with and grow best-in-class operating platforms who possess a clear competitive advantage over the market landscape.
