Ryan Aller, MBA, M.Ed., is a Senior Consultant at Mosaic, where they specialize in training development and project management. With over twenty years of experience in steering strategic training initiatives, they have a proven track record in various roles such as Project Manager and Senior Instructional Designer at Engility Corporation, and Multimedia Programmer at C² Technologies, Inc. Currently serving as a City Council Member for Ward 1 in Piedmont, Ryan focuses on representing community interests and fostering collaboration among diverse stakeholders. They hold two master’s degrees, one in Business Administration from Oklahoma Christian University and another in Educational Instructional Psychology and Technology from the University of Oklahoma.
