Mosaic Business Group is a national, student-led business organization executing institutional-grade consulting and finance work for established startups and large organizations.

Mosaic operates as a unified platform through which all professional tracks run, including consulting, finance, and other business functions. Our teams work on real client mandates, not case studies or simulations, delivering professional-grade analysis and execution under clear timelines and performance standards.

At the core of Mosaic is a structured analyst program designed to train students to operate at a professional level. Analysts are selected through a competitive process and trained by senior alumni executives and experienced operators. Teams are organized to mirror real consulting and finance environments, with defined roles, rigorous feedback, and accountability to client outcomes.

Mosaic’s work spans a wide range of industries and mandates. Teams have executed projects across healthcare, M&A and buyouts, corporate strategy, AI implementation, program and product rollouts, legal technology, consumer packaged goods, fashion, and other growth sectors. Our teams support clients on strategy, growth, operations, and execution, while finance teams engage in financial modeling, valuation, diligence support, and capital strategy.

Mosaic leverages a rapidly-expanding national network spanning over 10 universities, including the University of Michigan, Northwestern, University of Houston, John’s Hopkins University, UC Berkeley, and others. This multi-campus structure allows us to staff teams with top student talent and scale work across geographies while maintaining consistent quality standards.
