Michelle Eshow

Michelle Eshow is a Principal Analyst and Project Manager at Mosaic ATM since January 2018, contributing to projects aimed at improving air traffic management systems for both commercial and government sectors. Previously, Michelle served as an Engineering Program Manager at NASA Ames Research Center from June 1994 to December 2017, where responsibilities included overseeing software development for air traffic management automation tools and managing a team of over 40 developers. Additionally, Michelle worked as an Aerospace Engineer at the Army/NASA Aeronautics Laboratory from June 1982 to June 1994, focusing on rotorcraft research to improve low-visibility flight operations. Michelle holds an M.S. in Aeronautics and Astronautics from Stanford University and a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
