Heather Cummings, CPP

Heather Cummings, CPP has a diverse work experience in the field of HRIS, payroll, and administration. Heather started their career as an Administrative Assistant at MDC Holdings, where they provided support to the Vice President of Training. Heather'sresponsibilities included scheduling travel and processing expense reports. From 2007 to 2013, Heather worked at Westwood College as an HRIS Analyst. In this role, they were responsible for the administration, configuration, and testing of the HRIS and payroll solution, ePersonality. Heather also played a key role in the implementation team for the conversion from ADP Enterprise. After their time at Westwood College, Heather briefly worked as an HRIS/Payroll/Administrative Professional before joining Mosaic HCM in 2013. At Mosaic HCM, they initially worked as an Implementation Manager, overseeing new client implementations. Later, they transitioned to the role of Payroll Compliance Manager, where they were responsible for researching, reconciling, and balancing client tax variances. Heather also reviewed historical payrolls for new client implementations and provided support to the Operations Team. Heather is currently searching for a new opportunity.

Heather Cummings, CPP, holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Studies, which was obtained from Southern Oregon State College between 1988 and 1992. In September 2018, they also obtained the certifications of CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) and Certified Payroll Professional from the American Payroll Association.
