Michael Kenneth

Michael Kenneth has a diverse work experience in the field of software development.

Starting in 2004, Michael worked as a Programmer/Analyst for Xyant Technology, where they played a key role in designing a prototype application for the Federal Aviation Administration. This involved analyzing requirements and implementing functionality for a GUI application on mobile devices.

In 2005, Michael joined L3 Technologies as a Business Systems Analyst. Michael continued working on the FAA ITSS contract, previously handled by Xyant Technology. Michael developed a Java Swing-based Electronic Flight Bag application, including producing additional design documentation and managing the deployment of version 1.

In 2011, Michael joined Consortium Health Plans as a Lead Web Software Engineer. Michael built and maintained Java and Groovy/Grails web applications while also leading greenfield projects utilizing newer technologies such as React, AngularJS, Node.js, and MongoDB. Michael spearheaded the development of a geospatially-enabled data analysis system, providing a modern web interface for users to assess health care program information.

Finally, Michael joined Mosaic Learning in 2017 as a Lead Application Developer. Michael led a small team in creating a responsive and mobile-first application for student transcript review and sharing, utilizing NodeJS, MySQL, and React. Michael also provided guidance and expertise for the design and implementation of a Training Management System.

Michael Kenneth received their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, majoring in Finance, from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Michael attended the university from 2014 to 2018. In 2017, they also attended CIMBA, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Banking. In terms of additional certifications, Michael obtained the Fitness Nutrition Specialization (FNS) from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in January 2020. Michael also obtained the Adult CPR/AED certification from the American Red Cross in May 2019, and they became a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in January 2019.
