Shocking numbers of neurodivergent children are still falling through the gaps of a system that was never designed for them. 💙

In November 2025, we founded Mosaic Minds: Self-Learning Pathways CIC to close that gap.

We work with the children the world rarely sees, building pathways that bring them back to learning, to belonging, and to themselves. We stand alongside families who have been holding everything together alone.

Mosaic Minds partners with schools, local authorities and families to provide specialist educational support for children with additional needs, matched to how each learner thinks and processes the world.

What that looks like in practice:
1:1 and small group specialist teaching for pupils with SEND
School consultancy and staff training on inclusive practice
Family coaching and SEND advocacy
Curriculum development and transition support

We also partner with employers, offering sponsored learning for their employees' neurodivergent children, because the impact doesn't stop at the school gate.

Our approach
We draw on evidence-informed interventions, including occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, and sensory integration strategies, combined with developmental frameworks and the CPA approach.

Who we support
Children with autism, communication needs, sensory processing differences, learning disabilities, and social-emotional needs.

Led by real expertise
Over 20 years of teaching experience. Neuroeducational Specialist with Buckinghamshire Council. MA, QTLS, NASENCO, NPQLTD. 2026 Finalist, Education/Training Provider of the Year, Hillingdon Chamber of Commerce.

But we cannot do this alone
If you're a parent, a business leader, a philanthropist, or someone who believes in using resources to change children's lives, we'd love to talk to you.

📖 Tanya's book, Make Reading Irresistible, is coming Autumn 2026.

Get in touch, we'd love to hear from you.
