Mosaika Impact makes artificial intelligence practical, accessible and meaningful for people working in education and social development.

We help development professionals, school leaders, NGOs, foundations, CSR teams and public institutions build the skills, systems and confidence to use AI responsibly in their everyday work.

Our work focuses on three areas:

AI Empowerment for Development Professionals
Hands-on programmes that help social-sector teams use AI for proposal development, donor communication, research, reporting, knowledge management and productivity.

AI Programmes for School Leaders and Educators
Programmes that help principals and educators understand AI, assess its relevance, establish responsible-use frameworks and develop clear adoption roadmaps for their institutions.

AI-Powered Solutions and Work Automation
Purpose-built solutions that help impact organisations automate repetitive tasks, strengthen processes, use information effectively and integrate AI into programmes and operations.

Our programmes are designed around the real work, data and challenges of participants, enabling them to apply their learning immediately. Human judgement, accountability, relationships and purpose remain central to everything we build.

Mosaika Impact is founded by Mamta Saikia, an education and development sector leader with over three decades of experience, including leading Bharti Airtel Foundation and large-scale education initiatives across India.
