Over the past several years, I have specialized in locating and evaluating factories in China for companies in the water, wastewater treatment, and environmental technology sectors. 

My role has focused on bridging the gap between international firms and Chinese OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) partners.  

Key Responsibilities:- 
Identified and shortlisted reliable OEM & ODM factories across China specializing in pumps, membranes, filters, chemicals, treatment equipment, and environmental technologies.  

Conducted due diligence, factory audits, and compliance checks to ensure suppliers meet international quality and environmental standards.  

Negotiated pricing, lead times, and terms with manufacturers to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery.  

Supported companies in custom design projects (ODM), ensuring technical specifications and engineering requirements are met.  

Acted as a local liaison between global clients and Chinese suppliers, helping overcome language, cultural, and regulatory barriers.  

Ensured suppliers complied with ISO, CE, and other global certifications relevant to water and environmental industries.  

Monitored supply chain performance and assisted in logistics coordination for smooth export operations.
