Alan Kolod is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in financial services and bankruptcy law. Since 1989, Alan has served as the Team Leader for Financial Services at Moses & Singer LLP, representing firms in various trustee and agency roles. In addition, Alan has managed bankruptcy representation as a Team Manager and has held leadership roles within MSI Global Alliance since 2005, including Chairman and North American Regional Representative, leading an alliance of independent law and accounting firms globally. Prior positions include Director at TELEMUNDO, Partner and Chair of the Bankruptcy Practice at Summit Rovins & Feldesman, and Partner at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP. Alan also contributed to legal education as an Adjunct Professor in Bankruptcy Law at New York Law School. Alan holds a JD from the University of Chicago Law School and a BA in Philosophy from Bowdoin College.
