Adele Yau

Adele Yau is an experienced dietitian currently working at Mosh and Western Sydney Nutrition and Dietetics since November and August 2023, respectively. With a solid background in nutrition, Adele has also held positions at Key Health and Myhealth from April 2023 to July 2024, focusing on comprehensive nutrition assessments and personalized meal planning for patients with chronic diseases. Adele's earlier experience includes a role as a Project Officer at the NSW Agency for Clinical Innovation, where support was provided for the Nutrition Standards project. A Youth and Diversity Project Intern at Sydney Children's Hospitals Network and a Senior Peer Support Advisor at the University of Sydney further highlight Adele's diverse expertise. Adele holds a Master's in Nutrition and Dietetics and a Bachelor's in Nutrition Science from the University of Sydney, in addition to studies at The University of Hong Kong and The Royal High School Bath.
