David Hill

David Hill has extensive work experience in finance, corporate development, and consulting. David is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Mosh since July 2022. Prior to that, they were the Head of Corporate Development at ELMO Software from July 2020 to June 2022. From January 2018 to December 2020, David worked as a Director at Hemisphere International Properties B.V., a subsidiary of Steinhoff International Holdings N.V. Before that, they held the position of Manager: Mergers, Acquisitions, and Corporate Services at Steinhoff International from August 2015 to December 2017.

David also has consulting experience and worked at The Boston Consulting Group. David was a Project Leader from April 2012 to August 2014, responsible for project planning, execution, and client service delivery. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant from July 2010 to March 2012, where they were involved in a variety of projects including cost reduction initiatives, organizational redesign, operational improvement, and performance improvement initiatives.

Before transitioning into consulting, David started their career at KPMG Australia in 2005 as an Associate Director - Transaction Services, where they conducted financial due diligence for corporate transactions. David worked with investment funds, private equity firms, and large corporates. Prior to that, they worked at KPMG South Africa from 2001 to 2004 as an Audit Manager, specializing in auditing and financial reporting for financial services clients.
