Luyan Li

Luyan Li possesses a diverse background in law and taxation with extensive experience in both private practice and public service. Currently serving as an Associate Attorney at Moskowitz LLP, Luyan previously held the position of International Tax Senior at Deloitte Tax LLP from January 2020 to September 2024. Luyan's early legal experience includes internships with the United District Court for the District of Delaware under Honorable Sherry R. Fallon, the DC Office of Tax and Revenue, and the Disability Rights Education and Defense Fund. Luyan began the legal career as a Tax Associate at Deloitte and holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Georgetown University Law Center, as well as a Master’s degree in Law and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Fudan University.
