Pravir Das is currently the Founding Member and Hardware Lead at Moss Robotics, where they focus on helping growers manage their fields with robots. They previously served as a Mechanical Design Intern at NVIDIA, developing a patent-pending liquid-cooling quick disconnect that achieved significant performance gains. Pravir also interned at SpaceX, where they designed a laser part-marking system, and contributed as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Carnegie Mellon University's CERLAB Research Team. As President of Carnegie Mellon Racing, Pravir led a team of 140 interdisciplinary volunteers, successfully managing a $170,000 budget and achieving top placement among U.S. teams in 2023. Pravir holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and is pursuing a Master of Science in the same field at Carnegie Mellon University.
