Cassie Johnson

Cassie Johnson serves as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at the State of Oregon since April 2021, bringing extensive experience in recruiting and staffing strategies aimed at attracting diverse talent. Johnson has successfully delivered high-quality candidates, managed a significant budget increase for new positions, and developed targeted sourcing materials. Previously, Johnson held the role of Human Resource Analyst, where responsibilities included executing recruitment processes, advising on recruiting practices, and maintaining compliance with laws and union agreements. In addition, Johnson is a Group Exercise Instructor at MOSSA since January 2018 and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Western Oregon University.
