Christopher Pue is an experienced leader in productivity and organizational transformation with a strong track record at John Lewis Partnership since July 2018, currently serving as Head of Productivity. In this role, Christopher oversees initiatives aimed at improving productivity, implementing organizational change, and transforming the operating model. Additional responsibilities include leading an organizational effectiveness program for marketing functions and shaping a best-in-class operating model. Prior to this, Christopher worked as Change Analysis and Development Lead at Waitrose & Partners, supporting change management for approximately 80,000 partners, and held several roles at John Lewis & Partners and Harrods, including Implementation Support Manager and Assistant Manager. Christopher also serves as an advisor for MossKind, collaborating with global partners to address complex challenges. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from the University of Plymouth.
