Flávio Melo

Flávio Melo has been working in the software development industry since 2012. Flávio began their career as an Intern at UESC - Universidade Estadual de Santa Cruz, where they were responsible for deployment and maintenance of the CS labs workstations. Flávio was also trained and provided assistance for tasks related to the network server infrastructure. In 2014, they were promoted to Technical Support Team Leader, where they coordinated the support/infrastructure team responsible for the computer labs in the CS Department. In 2020, they joined Mosyle as a Back End Software Developer, where they are responsible for implementing new features and improvements regarding device management for Apple devices, such as expanding control options for existing management profiles, bulk operations and other end-user applications, implementing support for new configuration profiles, MDM commands and payload options prior to new iOS and macOS releases, and refactoring of existing modules to improve scalability, security and flexibility of use.

Flávio Melo received a Bachelor of Computer Science from the Universidade Estadual de Santa Cruz in 2019. Additionally, they obtained a TOEFL ITP certification from The TOEFL test in May 2018.
