Serena Holley, PHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with a strong track record in driving strategic change across various HR domains. With experience in both the private and public sectors, they have held positions such as Sr. Human Resources Analyst at the Housing Authority of the County of Santa Clara and Manager of Human Resources at Peraso, Inc. Serena's expertise encompasses benefit administration, recruitment, HRIS management, and policy development, underpinned by a solid understanding of federal and state regulations. Serena earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Law and Society with a minor in Psychology from the University of California, Irvine, and also holds a Human Resources Management Certification from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
