Brian Hedges

Brian Hedges is a seasoned IT and business intelligence professional with extensive experience in data warehousing and reporting. Currently serving as BI Technical Lead and MI Reporting Analyst at Motability Operations Ltd since June 2016, Brian specializes in Oracle 12 technologies, contributing to enterprise-wide data solutions around the ALFA leasing system. Prior to this role, Brian was an MI Reporting Specialist at ING Lease UK Limited, where responsibilities included developing and maintaining Business Objects infrastructure and creating business insights using Qlikview. Brian's career began at Harcros Timber & Building Supplies and later included a position at Hewlett Packard focusing on user support for IT applications. Brian holds a BA Hons in Economics from Kingston University and completed A levels and O Levels at Isaac Newton School.
