Gregory B.

Gregory B.'s work experience begins in 1998 when they worked at Shoppers Drug Mart as a Manager. Gregory then transitioned to the role of District Coordinator within the Home Health Care Division before taking on the position of Director of Operations in 2002. In 2005, Gregory joined Motion Specialties as the Senior Director of Operations and Business Development and later became the Vice President of the same company.

In 2010, Gregory worked as a Special Project Manager at Motion Specialties Inc before moving on to Centric Health Corporation in 2011 as the Vice President of Operations. Gregory held this position until 2013. Gregory returned to Motion Specialties as the Vice President in 2014 and later became the Vice President of Supplier Relations and Franchise Support at MEDIchair LP from 2014 to 2018.

In 2019, Gregory took on the role of Project Specialist and Data Analytics at Motion, where they also became the Director of Supply Chain, Fleet & Analytics in 2020. Presently, they are the owner of Strength Within Data, specializing in driving operational excellence for small to medium-sized businesses. Gregory's expertise lies in process improvement, cutting-edge technology, and customer service enhancement through knowledge-based chatbots.

Gregory B. obtained a Diploma in Professional Business Sales - Fundamental Accounting Principles from Loyalist College in the years 1985 to 1987. In 2004 to 2005, they pursued executive management education at Queen's University. Gregory has also acquired various certifications in data science, analytics, business, and project management from institutions such as IBM, Coursera, Microsoft, and Udemy.
