Katelyn Smith

Katelyn Smith is currently working as an HR Business Partner at Motion. In their previous roles, Katelyn was an HR Specialist at The Hillman Group Canada and a Human Resources Generalist at Paradies Lagardère. Katelyn has experience managing Safety and Wellness Programs, COVID Management, Internal Communications, and Engagement, as well as leading change management initiatives during organizational transitions. Katelyn holds a BA in Fine Arts and Cultural Studies from York University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from George Brown College, and a Certificate in Interior Decorating from George Brown College.
