Mike Rathwell is a passionate leader with over 20 years of experience in the mobility and accessibility industry. Starting their career in the respiratory space in 1995, they transitioned to home healthcare as a mobility consultant before becoming a franchise owner and opening the Belleville location for Motion in 2005. Throughout their career, Mike has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Sales and Operations, where they focus on driving operational excellence and implementing strategic growth initiatives. Currently, Mike is pursuing degrees in Political Science at Carleton University and Business Administration with a focus on HR Management at Algonquin College.
