Nikki Rodzinski

Nikki Rodzinski is currently the Regional Director at Motion, where they lead teams across various locations in Canada, focusing on sales, service, and operational excellence in home medical and rehab equipment. With 18 years of management experience, Nikki has been recognized with the national Excellence in Motion Leadership award twice and has played an active role in promoting Women in Leadership through mentoring and community initiatives. Previously, Nikki served as a Multi-Store Manager and District Manager at Payless ShoeSource, where they effectively managed numerous stores across central Canada, driving significant sales increases and developing talent within the organization. Nikki holds a degree in Conflict Resolution Studies from The University of Winnipeg.
