Stephanie Le, CHRP has a diverse work experience in the field of HR. Stephanie started their career at Golf Town in 2012 as an HR Assistant. Stephanie then moved on to Accolade Promotion Group (APG) where they served as an HR/Payroll Administrator and later as an HR Coordinator. In 2015, Stephanie returned to Golf Town as an HR Business Partner, responsible for managing associate relations activities for multi-site retail locations. Stephanie advanced to the position of Corporate HR Manager in 2017, providing strategic HR consultation and overseeing the development and execution of key HR programs. In 2018, Stephanie joined Motion as a People Operations and Programs Advisor, where they demonstrated their expertise in HR operations. Later, they were promoted to the position of People Operations Manager before assuming their current role as the Director of People & Culture. Throughout their career, Stephanie has consistently shown a commitment to delivering comprehensive HR support while keeping in line with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

Stephanie Le, CHRP has a Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Studies and Anthropology from the University of Toronto, which they completed from 2007 to 2011. In 2012, they also briefly attended Seneca Polytechnic, although the degree obtained or field of study pursued during that time is not specified.
