Cedric Rays

Cedric Rays is a Founding Partner at Motion Equity Partners, a position they have held since 2008 after serving as Director at the same firm from 2005 to 2008. Previously, they were a Director at Apax Partners from 1999 to 2005 and worked as an Associate in Project Finance on the Media team at BNP Paribas from 1996 to 1999. Cedric began their career at Arthur Andersen, where they progressed from Assistant Débutant to Expérimenté between 1994 and 1996. Cedric holds an Engineer's degree from Ecole polytechnique (1991-1994) and completed further engineering studies at Ponts et Chaussees (1996-1997) after an academic foundation in Prepa Scientifique at Lycée Louis-le-Grand (1989-1991).
