Michael Jackson has extensive experience in customer support and technical management, currently serving as Manager of Worldwide Customer Support at Motion RC since November 2020, leading a distributed team serving over 10,000 customers across multiple channels. Previously, at Olympus from 2007 to 2019, Michael held various managerial roles, including leading teams responsible for performance management and overseeing 80,000 annual customer calls. In addition, Michael served as an Operations Performance Consultant for the University of Maryland Baltimore County and directed client services at Absolute Quality, Inc., where responsibilities included managing a significant AppleCare support contract and improving customer satisfaction metrics. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The College of Wooster.
