John Howard

John Howard is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in enterprise business development and staffing operations, currently serving as Executive Director of Enterprise Business Development for Motion Recruitment since April 2007. In this role, John leads business development initiatives across Southern California and the Southwest, negotiating with technical and business leaders to secure service level agreements. Previously, as Executive Director of Staffing Operations, John managed a large team and oversaw the operations of two offices, implementing strategies to cultivate client relationships with a diverse range of organizations. John's career began with hands-on roles in staffing and sales, demonstrating a solid foundation in recruitment and team leadership. Educationally, John holds a B.A. in Religion and History from Hampden-Sydney College.
