Joe Natale

Joe Natale is a Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in project engineering and design within the oil and gas, fossil power, and R&D sectors. Currently employed at Motion Solutions since May 2018, Joe previously held the position of Sr. Project Engineer in R&D at Bal Seal Engineering, Inc., where responsibilities included planning and executing development projects. Prior to that, Joe worked at IMI CCI for nearly a decade, focusing on designing and analyzing valve and piston actuator assemblies for severe service applications across multiple industries. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UC Irvine, earned in June 2007.
