Belle Lim

Belle Lim is an experienced professional currently serving as a Portfolio & Ecosystem Manager at Motion Ventures since July 2023. Prior to this role, Belle worked at Dune as Global Strategy & Operations from September 2022 to August 2023. At Tribe from July 2020 to August 2022, Belle held multiple leadership positions including Head of Tribe Careers and Business Lead for Tribe Academy, and contributed to business development and strategy efforts. Belle's background includes serving as an Expansion & Operations Associate at Beam, where critical projects were led across various verticals, and as a Program Facilitator at AWARE, focusing on poverty awareness initiatives. Belle co-authored a section in The World Bank’s Women, Business and The Law ‘Protecting Women from Violence’ Survey 2018 and managed research projects addressing economic barriers to employment. Belle holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Honours) in Psychology from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Leeds.
