Punit Oza

Punit Oza, FICS, AFNI, LLB, M.Sc., currently serves as the International President of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers since October 2024 and is the Founder and Director of Maritime NXT, focusing on innovative maritime solutions. As a Course Instructor and Consultant at Nanyang Business School, Punit developed a course on "Geopolitical Risks and their impact on International Trade," while also lecturing part-time at Nanyang Technological University Singapore. Additional roles include Adjunct Faculty at Singapore Management University, where Punit teaches about geopolitical risks in shipping, and as an Angel Investor and Advisory Board Member at Motion Ventures. Punit is a guest podcast host for Seatrade Maritime, discussing geopolitical impacts with industry leaders, and has been actively involved with the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore as a Digitalization Playbook Ambassador and Senior Adjunct Fellow at MPA Academy. Educational qualifications include an M.Sc. in Shipping, Trade & Finance from Bayes Business School and an LLB from the University of London.
