Carl Badami

Carl Badami has over 30 years of experience in sales and engineering, specializing in fluid power and hose applications. Currently a Salesman, Fluid Power/Hose Specialist, and Engineer at Motion Industries since February 2005, Carl focuses on growing sales at the account level across eight company branches and developing strong relationships with key account decision-makers. Prior to this role, Carl served as a Sales Engineer at Womack Machine Supply, where responsibilities included relationship development, product demonstration, and education on contamination control. Early career experience includes roles in sales engineering at Berendsen Fluid Power and Fairbanks Morse Pump Corp., where Carl worked on mobile OEM fluid power sales and product development in the centrifugal pump industry. Carl holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Kansas, attained between 1986 and 1991.
