Jay Nabors

Jay Nabors is an accomplished Information Technology Architect at Motion Industries, with extensive experience in software development and management. Previously, Jay served as the Director of Software Development at Valley Services, Inc., where responsibilities included strategic leadership, technology implementation, and mentoring direct reports. Prior roles include Senior Software Engineer at Natcom, Inc., where Jay designed enterprise applications and led teams, and Senior Consultant at SCB Computer Technology, managing large-scale projects and receiving awards for leadership excellence. Jay began a career in technology with roles in systems analysis at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama and in pharmaceutical research at Southern Research Institute, alongside military service as a 1st Lieutenant in the US Army. Jay holds a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Physics, and Chemistry from Auburn University.
