Jessica Moon

Jessica Moon is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in supporting diverse employee groups across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Motion since April 2018, Jessica oversees HR functions for numerous sales and industrial distribution groups. Previously, Jessica held positions of increasing responsibility at Lockheed Martin, including Senior HR Business Partner, where support was provided to a missile manufacturing facility, and various HR management roles that involved comprehensive HR operations, talent acquisition, and employee relations initiatives. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English/Professional Writing from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and has received additional training throughout the career.
