Jim Scheiman

Jim Scheiman has extensive experience in sales and management within the automotive and tool industries, currently serving as the Ohio Division Vice President at Motion since December 1997. In this role, Jim leads the Ohio Division Team, overseeing various branches including Dayton Supply & Tool, Lake Erie Abrasive & Tool, and Paragon Services & Supply. Previously, Jim held positions such as Sales Manager for Motion and Lake Erie Abrasive & Tool, where responsibilities included driving business growth and managing sales activities. Prior to Motion, Jim served as Sales Manager at Sunex Tools, managing a national sales territory, and held regional and district management roles at NAPA AUTO PARTS, where Jim played a key role in developing marketing programs that increased sales significantly. Early career experience includes managing operations at Eaton Oil Co.
